Vinte aims to maintain a high level of operational flexibility in the development of integrated communities, retaining its capacities to offer up to seven types of homes in the same market at a higher average price than the rest of the sector and adapt its product portfolio to the availability of mortgage financing.
Vinte continuously monitors the performance of pre-sales metrics which, together with an operations department area whose functions include comprehensive planning and control of pre-sales, construction and home sales, allows the Company to rapidly realign its construction efforts as needed to minimize the inventory of finished homes. During the last eight years, finished homes has remained below 2.9% of the Company’s total housing inventory.
Thanks to its high operational flexibility, capacity to swiftly adapt to market conditions, and selective growth strategy, Vinte is able to successfully replicate its business model in those markets the Company considers economically and commercially attractive, under a low cost structure and strong economies of scale.
Vinte’s focus on homes for the middle-income and residential segments with higher profit margins, combined with the flexibility of its business model and important cost synergies, allows the Company to reach a superior profitability.
