25. - If, for any reason unrelated to and/or outside the administrators and/or owners and/or sponsors of the Grupo VINTE site, any anomaly, alteration, or misuse by any user(s) in the voting system is detected, the counter will automatically be blocked and will return to the last regular count from the previous day. The administrators and/or owners and/or sponsors of the Grupo VINTE site reserve the right to disqualify the history of any user that has altered the system, or, if necessary, file a complaint on the situation with the Cyber Police. The sponsor reserves the right to comment on the matter.

8.- Intellectual property rights

With the exception of Material Sent by the User for which you are completely responsible, the Content of the www.vinte.com website, including, among others, text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, interactive and similar content (the "Content"), as well as trademarks, services marks, and logos ("Trademarks"), is property of www.vinte.com or has been granted to it with licensing, and is subject to copyright or other intellectual property rights in accordance with Mexican law, foreign law, and international conventions.
