Vinte develops sustainable homes through a comprehensive business model that promotes community life, grounded on a vision of environmental protection that encourages the efficient use of natural resources. Vinte has received several awards acknowledging the strength of the Company’s business model including eight national housing awards, two regional awards, including the Urban Development and Housing Award of the state of Quintana Roo, and four international awards, including the G20 Challenge on Inclusive Innovation as well as a nomination for Sustainable Investment of the Year by the Financial Times and International Finance Corporation (IFC) in 2012.

November 2012 | First worldwide EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) Certification given by the IFC in the housing sector. |

Recognition by the Canadian Government for leadership in reducing the effects of climate change. |
